유한회사 레반트(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지키며, 이용자의 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 정합니다.
이용 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기하되, 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 아래 기간 동안 보관합니다.
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자의 동의가 있거나 법령에 따른 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

국외 이전: 위 Google·Wix 서비스 이용에 따라 개인정보가 해외 서버로 이전·보관될 수 있으며, 이전 시기·방법은 주문 시점에 네트워크를 통한 전송입니다. 이용자는 이전을 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 온라인 주문이 어려울 수 있고 전화·카카오톡으로 주문하실 수 있습니다.
보유 기간이 끝난 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하고, 출력물은 분쇄 또는 소각합니다.
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지, 동의 철회를 요구할 수 있으며, 아래 연락처로 요청하시면 지체 없이 처리합니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 정보는 그 기간 동안 삭제가 제한될 수 있습니다. 마케팅 수신은 언제든 거부할 수 있고, 거부해도 주문에는 불이익이 없습니다.
선택 동의한 이용자에게만 문자, 카카오톡, 이메일, 전화로 프로모션과 이벤트 정보를 보내며, 오후 9시부터 오전 8시까지는 별도 동의 없이 보내지 않습니다. 수신 거부는 메시지에 안내된 방법 또는 아래 연락처로 할 수 있습니다.
주문 시 입력한 이름, 전화번호, 주소는 다음 주문을 빠르게 하기 위해 이 기기의 브라우저에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 결제 화면의 '저장된 정보 지우기'로 삭제할 수 있습니다. 주소 검색 버튼을 누르면 Kakao(Daum 우편번호 서비스)에서 주소 검색 기능을 불러오며, 검색어가 Kakao로 전송될 수 있습니다.
사이트는 언어 설정과 중복 이벤트 참여 방지를 위한 기기 식별값을 브라우저에 저장합니다. 브라우저 설정에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.
또한 사이트는 방문 및 페이지 이용 현황을 통계적으로 파악하기 위해 Google Analytics(Google LLC)를 사용합니다. 분석용 쿠키가 설정되며 열람 페이지, 기기 정보, 대략적인 위치 등 익명 이용 정보가 미국 등 Google 서버로 전송됩니다. 개인을 식별하거나 광고에 활용하지 않습니다. 브라우저 설정 또는 Google 옵트아웃 부가기능으로 차단할 수 있습니다.
또한 인스타그램·페이스북 광고의 성과 측정과 개선을 위해 Meta Pixel(Meta Platforms, Inc.)을 사용합니다. 광고용 쿠키가 설정되며 페이지 조회, 장바구니 담기·주문 이벤트(주문 금액 포함), 기기 및 IP 정보가 미국 등 Meta 서버로 전송됩니다. 이름, 연락처, 주소는 전송하지 않습니다. Meta 광고 설정 또는 브라우저 설정에서 거부할 수 있습니다.
주문 시 전화번호에 연결된 개인 추천 코드가 생성됩니다. 친구가 코드를 사용하면 이를 기록하고 해당 전화번호로 적립금을 적립하며, 적립금 적용과 패스포트 스탬프 조회(이용자가 번호를 입력한 경우)에만 전화번호를 사용합니다.
회사는 접근 권한을 필요한 사람으로 제한하고, 주문 정보를 비밀번호로 보호되는 계정의 문서에 보관하며, 전송 구간은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다.
회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
개인정보 침해에 대한 신고나 상담은 개인정보침해신고센터(privacy.kisa.or.kr, 국번없이 118), 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972), 대검찰청(spo.go.kr, 국번없이 1301), 경찰청 사이버수사국(ecrm.police.go.kr, 국번없이 182)에 문의할 수 있습니다.
이 방침은 2026년 10월 13일부터 시행합니다. 내용이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전에 사이트에 알립니다.

Overseas transfer: by using the Google and Wix services above, personal information may be transferred to and stored on servers abroad, transmitted over the network when you place an order. You may refuse the transfer, but online ordering may then be unavailable; you can order by phone or KakaoTalk instead.
When the retention period ends we destroy personal information without delay. Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered; paper records are shredded or burned.
You may at any time ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or withdraw consent, using the contact below; we will act without delay. Information we must keep by law may be kept for the required period. You can refuse marketing at any time without any effect on your orders.
We send promotions and event news by text, KakaoTalk, email or phone only to users who opted in, and not between 9 pm and 8 am without separate consent. You can opt out using the method in the message or the contact below.
The name, phone number and address you enter when ordering are saved only in this device's browser to speed up your next order, and are not sent to a server. You can erase them with "Not you? Clear saved details" at checkout. If you press "Find address", the address search tool is loaded from Kakao (Daum Postcode service) and what you type in it may be sent to Kakao.
It stores your language setting and a device identifier in your browser to prevent duplicate prize claims. You can delete these in your browser settings.
The Site also uses Google Analytics (Google LLC) to measure visits and page usage in aggregate. It sets analytics cookies and sends anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device and approximate location) to Google servers, including in the USA. We do not use it to identify individuals or to show advertising. You can block it with your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on.
We also use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure and improve our Instagram and Facebook advertising. It sets advertising cookies and sends page views, add-to-cart and order events (including order value), and device and IP information to Meta servers, including in the USA. We do not send your name, phone number or address. You can opt out through your Meta ad settings or your browser settings.
When you place an order we create a personal referral code linked to your phone number. If a friend uses your code, we record that and add store credit to your phone number. We also use your phone number to apply that credit to your orders and to count your Passport stamps when you ask. We use it for nothing else here, and only you can see your own result by entering your number.
We limit access to those who need it, keep order data in password-protected accounts, and encrypt data in transit with HTTPS.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
For reports or advice on privacy violations you may contact the Personal Information Infringement Report Center (privacy.kisa.or.kr, 118), the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972), the Supreme Prosecutors' Office (spo.go.kr, 1301) or the National Police Agency Cyber Bureau (ecrm.police.go.kr, 182).
This policy takes effect on October 13, 2026. We will announce changes on the Site 7 days before they take effect.
