Juicy Australian lamb infused with Middle Eastern spices and herbs, garlic and roasted red pepper. Sold in a package of 500g

(THIS IS A FROZEN AND UNCOOKED PRODUCT), picture reflects the final product after grilling/cooking. Instructions on how to cook will be sent to you upon purchase. Safe to use within 1 month of purchase.

How to cook  kebab:

1. Let the frozen kebab thaw

2. Spray your frying pan with oil/butter (any oil or butter would do)

3. Place your kebab on the pan and fry for 20 mins at least. Flip half way

4. Cover the kebab and let it cook for another 3-5 mins

5. If you like it a little dry, cook it for a longer time.

6. Serve with rice or pita bread

 

 

Side notes:

 

1. You may use oven/air fryer instead of pan, follow the same procedure mentioned above at 180-200 C

2. You may use the juice of kebab to cook your rice, it would definitely enhance its flavour

3. You can use tortilla to wrap the kebab instead of pita/rice.

4. Have it ready and put in skewers for an additional charge, choose it from the options. Perfect for parties, grills and finger food occasions
